A published author that I know of, who shall remain nameless but is a man, told me once that actual writing, real writing from the heart and listening to your muse, is perhaps the only way to understand our craft and why we do this. Most importantly, according to this icon, is never separating your mind from your heart, but combining the two, where you find your own writing voice. This should be what (he called me rookie, which is fine, at this point), your "ultimate collaboration" dubs as your goal.

Using quotes falls under "fair use" law. To learn more, do a search on Google or we also provide information in detail in the ebook you can download as a member, titled OVER 100 FAQs WOMEN WRITERS ASKED ABOUT WRITING.
I'm curious - does one need to get permission to use quotes in articles / on the website?

If so, how did you get Sri Chinmoy's permission? I ask because the project I'm working on will be using some quotes. I look forward to hearing from you. ; -) Thank you.

Prolific writer Sri Chinmoy once said:
“There is a vast difference between what you can get from the mind and what you can get from the heart. The mind is limited; the heart is unlimited.”
