    Successful People Evolve

    On Evolving…

    Hi Ladies!

    I wanted to share a few thoughts on “evolving” today. I’ve been working with writers, authors, and solo professionals on behalf of the NAWW for over four years now.

    After one of my mentoring consultations this week, I started thinking about some of the commonalities of the successful professionals that I work with. Here are just a few:

  • They try new things.
  • They recognize fear and move through it.
  • They revisit old ways of thinking and are willing to change–they don’t stay set in their ways.
  • They dig deep into their programming–meaning that they are aware of the preconditioned beliefs of the parents and family.
  • They keep an open mind.
  • They measure results and then they reinvent themselves and/or their companies as needed.
