NAWW Member Featured in USA Today

NAWW member, Patti Lawson’s soon to be released book: The Dog Diet, A Memoir, What My Dog Taught Me About Shedding Pounds, Licking Stress and Getting A New Leash On Life, was mentioned in USA TODAY on January 4, 2006. USA TODAY columnist, Craig Wilson, mentioned Lawson’s book in his popular column, The Final Word.

Wilson recognized that Patti knows what it takes to get those extra pounds off and how doing with your dog gets it done better. Patti will be a featured speaker at the Savannah, Georgia SOUTHERN WOMEN’S SHOW on February 10-11. She will present cooking demonstrations with recipes from her book as well as a motivational speech about “Getting A. New Leash On Life.” She is scheduled to appear on WTOC Channel 11 on Friday, February 10, 2006. The Dog Diet is scheduled for release on April 11, 2006 from HCI, Publishing Inc.
