NAWW Member, Ellie Bushweller’s memoir essay, A Marriage Interrupted has been published in the March 2006 issue of Releasing Times Magazine.
Beyond Bagheria, a book of fiction by New City, New York author and NAWW Member E.P. Vallone (Elizabeth Palombella Vallone,) has been selected by the Order Sons of Italy of America for its National Book Club for the Spring of 2006. A review of Beyond Bagheria will be published in Italian America Magazine as well as posted on the Sons of Italy website (www.osia.org).

NAWW Member, Dianne Aynes recently published “The Art of Mentoring” in THE TESA CONNECTION’s fall/winter edition, as well as “Writers Abound in Central Elementary’s Writing Club” in the TCTELA publication ENGLISH IN TEXAS (winter publication).
Within the scope of her position in Lewisville ISD, Dianne mentors six individual students and co-sponsors the after-school Writing Club for grades 3-5 at Central Elementary. Dianne will be co-presenting with Donna Henry (also with LISD) at the March 20th Flower Mound Writers, Inc. (FMW) meeting - subjects are revising and editing; the two are also spear-heading an FMW co-sponsored personal essay/memoir writing contest for currently enrolled secondary students within the district. Any writer from the Lewisville/Flower Mound area, interested in assisting in judging entries for the contest, should contact Dianne at aynesd@verizon.net. Deadline for entries is June 30th; winners will be announced at the August FMW one day writers’ conference.
