Her latest association, the Global Institute of Associations-GIA was launched in late 2008 and produced multiple six figures within a few short months. Cynthia Stanley (Office Manager) Cynthia Stanley manages all Sheri McConnell Companies, Inc. office operations. This includes managing all customer support staff and overseeing office functions. Cynthia also handles communication and coordination of all joint venture partnerships under the SMC umbrella.

Amy Taggart (Web Manager) Amy Taggart manages all Sheri McConnell Companies, Inc. web and print design. She also manages the design and distribution of various online marketing including all the newsletters on the SMC umbrella.

Marty Harkleroad (Event Manager) Marty Harkleroad manages all Sheri McConnell Companies, Inc. events. This includes large conferences and smaller retreats throughout the year. She meets with event staff and plans and monitors the budgets. She coordinates all services for events, such as accommodation and transportation for participants, catering, displays and centerpieces, and audiovisual equipment. She also plans entertainment and social gatherings for participants.

Kathy Kreusel (Executive Assistant) Kathy Kreusel handles all administrative duties for Sheri McConnell Companies, Inc. including proofing of office documents, database entry, and ongoing errands and projects.

Lisa J. Dudley (Bookkeeper) Lisa J. Dudley d/b/a LJD Consulting & Bookkeeping has 15 years experience in bookkeeping. Lisa is a Certified Advanced QuickBooks ProAdvisor specializing in QuickBooks consulting, installation, set-up, clean-up, education and training. In addition, she provides bookkeeping and controller services onsite and in the virtual community. She is also a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers.
