Book Promotion Tips: Charlene M. Proctor, Ph.D.

Dear NAWW,
As I am coming down the home stretch on text production and editing for Let Your Goddess Grow! 7 Spiritual Lessons on Female Power and Positive Thinking - and- The Women’s Book of Empowerment: 323 Affirmations that Change Everyday Problems into Moments of Potential, like you, I am faced with the task of shifting from author to marketing specialist. It seems we are all responsible for promoting our work! I just realized I will spend 20% of my time writing and 80% on strategy and deployment of a plan in order to reach the greater community of readers. Frustrating? You bet. A great deal of effort must be spent on the process of disseminating the message itself.

Here is a report I read last night you might find helpful if you are in the same boat. I think the report is very straightforward, and spells out numerous tips on how to put together a basic promotion plan. We are very internet savvy at www.thegoddessnetwork.net but in this report, we realized there were many doable (and economical!) strategies we had never considered. Look for this manuel on-line and see if it will help you too:

The report is called: Book Promotion Ain’t For Sissies by Jenna Glatzer

Thanks and Goddess Blessings,

Charlene M. Proctor, Ph.D.
