NAWW Member News: Carolyn Howard-Johnson Announces New Book

Posted on Jul 10 2007 | NAWW Member News

There are gremlins out there determined to keep your work from being published, your book from being promoted. They —resolved to embarrass you before the gatekeepers who can turn the key of success for you —lurk in your subconscious and the depths of your computer programs. Whether you are a new or experienced author, The Frugal Editor: Put Your Best Book Forward to Avoid Humiliation and Ensure Success will help you present whistle-clean copy (whether it’s a one-page cover letter or your entire manuscript) to those who have the power to say “Yea” or “Nay.”

The Frugal Editor is second in Carolyn Howard-Johnson’s HowToDoItFrugally Series of books for writers. The first, The Frugal Book Promoter: How to Do What Your Publisher Won’t, won USA Book News’ Best Professional Book award and Book Publicist’s of Southern California’s coveted Irwin Award.

  1. Where can I pick up Carolyn’s book? I have an Editor for my memoirs but I know she’d really appreciate it if the drafts I sent her were squeaky clean.

I just love all the great tips and information here at NAWW.

    Keep up the great work!
