Member of the Week: Deborah McCarragher Q: When did you realize you wanted to be a writer? A: I began writing poetry as a hobby about fifteen years ago. Having a young active son at the time and my own accounting business left little time for creative writing. God stirred the creativity in me after I committed my life wholly to the Lord Jesus in 1989. It was during that time that God prompted me to write this first book, MISSION POSSIBLE - Spiritual Covering. Article of the Week Accomplishing Your Dreams Requires Balance
Achieving balance in our lives is accomplished by saying no when we need to and learning to set priorities. And we cannot achieve balance without understanding what our particular needs are. Balance is different for everyone. It means that you have identified your priorities and have not overextended yourself. Balance means you are aware of the dangers of burnout.
